Student Housing is an option established with a 3rd party provider. We as an institution are not responsible for anything associated with housing, but are providing this information as a resource. The below third party has agreed to support our students efforts with housing by providing student accommodations for accepted students enrolled at Intellectual Point.
Campass Rose Student Housing & independent Living
Compass Rose Student Housing is dedicated to providing dependable, fully managed living communities designed specifically for students. Our focus is on fostering environments where students can thrive academically and socially, while partnering with schools to strengthen retention and overall student success. Current Pricing Notes: $50 Application Fee is non-refundable. $180 Secure-Your-Spot Fee is refundable up to 30 days prior to move-in. Housing Options: CORE: 4 students in a 2 BR Apt - $899/mo Shared BR/person CORE with Private Option: 5 students in a 3-BR Apt - $899/mo Shared BR/person - $1149/mo Private BR/person PREMIUM Private Option: 3 students in a 3-BR Apt - $1449/mo Private BR/person *PRIVATE does not mean Private Bathroom, only Bedroom All communities are within 15 minutes from the campus. Select Sterling Virginia for the school they are applying. If you are only interested in independent living and not student housing, they do have a referral option for short term rental options. As part of the third party agreement with any student housing company, hould you elect to participate in their student housing option, you understand that the school will be providing enrollment confirmation, including dates, and status, for your enrollment, to include graduation/termination status. Intellectual Point has no liability related to the conditions, or service arrangement set in this housing. All questions regarding must go through the housing party. Students are to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in student housing. While we hold no liability, your conduct is a reflection on the school, and any adverse actions while you are residing in any residence through an established relationship with Intellectual Point can be reported to the school and evaluated against the school's Conduct Policy. If you provide your information through the interest form, You are authorizing Intellectual Point to share your information with the third party housing program. We will not share any information other than name and contact information for potential participants. For Active students, we will share enrollment status and update upon completion or termination of the program.
